EHS Policy
The EHS-Policy of the SAINT-GOBAIN Group is based upon respect for people and their environment, which is accompanied by good economic performances.
The environment, health and safety policy of the SAINT-GOBAIN Group guides SAINT-GOBAIN over the long term, bringing benefits to both people and their environment, and assuring the success of our strategy.
The Group has set itself the following objectives:
Be the reference for sustainable habitat. This position strengthens our determination to set an exemplary standard for all our processes, products and services throughout their life cycle;
To comply, as a minimum, with the local regulation and to go beyond it with our EHS Standards;
Move towards zero work-related accidents, zero occupational illnesses, zero environmental accidents and maximum possible reduction of the impacts of our activities;
Move towards an integrated EHS approach, as evidence of strengthened global comprehension and efficiency with the aim to reach an interdependent autonomous EHS culture.
